 We have a fleet of Arburg machines that utilise the Control System which is effective in detecting the smallest fluctuation within the moulding process. The range starts at 25 tonne and progresses upwards to 150 tonnes of clamping force. Shot weights vary between 1 gramme and 250 grammes. All machines are fully equipped with auxiliary equipment i.e. heaters, core pullers etc.
The company has a tool room able to cater for new moulds, repairs & modifications. For example, the machinery available consists of CNC machines, Spark eroders & surface grinders etc.
