Moulded Plastic Components Ltd is an Injection Moulding Company providing cost effective quality Injection Mouldings and have 11 Moulding machines.

Our vast Injection Moulding experience has been built up over more than 25 years in business and our main customer base is in the electrical switch and gas industry.  Also produced by Injection Moulding are numerous other parts for various industries such as bespoke lighting, instrument lenses, prismatic domes, the list is endless.

On the creative side we Injection Mould embellishments, ie trees, snowflakes, hearts, gem stones ,for cards etc, which can be hot foiled.  For this we have a conveyor feed ‘Roll on Hot Foil Stamping Press’ which is ideally suitable for high production foiling, along with two other flat bed foiling machines.

When handling enquiries for a Injection Moulded plastic component we offer assistance in design to ensure it fulfils your requirements. A Injection Mould Tool either prototype or fully hardened can then made.
